Terms of use

Effective October 11, 2026. Bulin 47 AI is an independent freestyle creation project.

Current service

This version provides English guides, local reference checking, downloadable text briefs and email accounts when registration is available. Bring your own moves submits a character photo and your authorized motion reference using Kling 2.6 motion control. Other workflows currently provide local preparation briefs. A scene prompt is a creative suggestion, not a tested result or a promise of likeness, motion fidelity or completion time.

Your material

Use your own or authorized photos, characters and motion references. Obtain permission from identifiable people before preparing their likeness. A public clip is not automatically available for copying, AI processing or soundtrack reuse. Keep identities distinct when preparing a performer and speaker partner.

Sharing a result

Make the AI origin clear and avoid presenting a fictional performance as a real event or endorsement. You are responsible for the photos, recordings and character designs you choose and for the rules of the platform where you publish.

Prices and refunds

Credit packs are priced at $4.99 for 20 credits, $12.99 for 80 credits and $24.99 for 200 credits. Motion transfer costs 1 credit per second at 720p or 2 credits per second at 1080p. No free generation is offered. Saving a brief does not submit a paid task. Purchase controls use Stripe-hosted checkout. The quote reserves credits before a task is submitted. Confirmed provider rejections and failed generations return reserved credits; shorter outputs return the difference. An ambiguous submission is held for review without a second paid request. You never pay more credits than the accepted quote.

Independence

This project is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bulin 47 or Kevin Wai. No original performance recording or soundtrack is supplied. The name describes the freestyle-inspired creative topic.
